Use of Entero Mounting Plate Instruction Sheet

To change the mounting plate position:

1. Remove the four screws that secure the plate to the adjuster.
2. Align the holes on the mounting plate (Figure 2) with the four holes on the adjuster (Figure 3):

• For rear access, align the holes marked R.
• For front access, align the holes marked F.

3. Secure with 4 mounting screws (012-100164-02).
4. Insert the guide pins on the inside of the mounting plate flange in the corresponding holes marked 

F or R (Figure 4) and secure with the provided washers and screws (012-100266-02).
