Limited Warranty

C h r i s   K i n g   Pre c i s i o n   Co m p o n e nt s   wa r ra nt s   i t s   p ro d u c t s   to   b e   f re e   f ro m   d e fe c t s   i n   m ate r i a l s   o r   wo r k m a n s h i p   fo r   t h e 

following periods from the original date of purchase:

Headsets: Ten (10) years
Hubs: Five (5) years
Bottom Brackets: Five (5) years
Wheels: The hubs only are warranted for a period of five (5) years. All other wheel components that are not manufactured 

by Chr is K ing Precision Components such as, but without limitation, r ims, spokes, and nipples, are not war ranted 

by Chris King Precision Components.

Accessories: One (1) year
Soft Goods: Ninety (90) days
Any Chris King produc t that is found by Chris King Precision Components to be defec tive in materials or work manship 

w i l l   b e   re p a i re d   o r   re p l a ce d   a t   t h e   d i s c re t i o n   o f   C h r i s   K i n g   Pre c i s i o n   Co m p o n e n t s.  Th i s   w a r ra n t y   d o e s   n o t   cove r 

damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, neglec t, normal and reasonable wear and tear, crash or 

impact, failure to per form routine maintenance as instructed, improper installation, or use other than that for which 

the product was intended.

I n   o r d e r   t o   m a k e   a   w a r r a n t y   c l a i m ,   t h e   C h r i s   K i n g   p r o d u c t   a l o n e   ( i . e. ,   n o t   i n c l u d i n g   a ny   o t h e r   e q u i p m e n t   s u c h   a s 

cassettes, skewers, steering tubes, etc.), together with a copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase 

of the produc t, must be returned to Chris King Precision Components at the address set for th on its website (www.

chrisking.com) postage prepaid. If a defect is found, our entire liability and your sole remedy shall be, at our option, 

free repair or replacement of the Chris K ing produc t. Chris K ing Precision Components shall not be held liable for 

a ny   i n d i re c t ,   s p e c i a l,   p u n i t i ve,   o r   co n s e q u e n t i a l   d a m a g e s.  Th e   w a r r a n t y   d o e s   n o t   cove r   a ny   C h r i s   K i n g   Pre c i s i o n 

Components product where the serial number has been altered or removed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this written express limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, 

implied or expressed, and does not cover any representation or war rant y made by dealers beyond the provisions 

of this warrant y. I f any implied warranties exist by applicable law, such implied warranties shall be limited to the 

duration of the express limited warrant y for the produc t. S ome U.S. states and foreign countries provide rights in 

addition to those above or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of cer tain warranties or limitation of liability for 

cer tain types of damages. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you or there may be laws of a state or 

foreign countr y which supersede the above. Any clause of this limited war rant y or any disclaimer or limitation of 

liability contained herein that is declared invalid shall be deemed severable and not affect the validity or enforceability
