Bin Location

Chore-Time has (2) available Scale Systems: the (mechanical) WEIGH-MATIC, shown, and the Digital WEIGH-

MATIC. Refer to the instruction manual shipped with the Digital WEIGH-MATIC for installation and operation 

information.

Figure 1

 shows a standard WEIGH-MATIC layout. Typically, the Weigh Bin is set 8' to 10' 

[2.4 m to 3 m]

 from 

the building. This varies somewhat depending on the desired height of the FLEX-AUGER® System inside the 

building. Two 45 degree PVC elbows and one 10' 

[3.0 m

] PVC tube are standard with the WEIGH-MATIC Fill 

System. To place the bin nearer to or farther from the building, additional tubes or elbows may be required.
