4.2 Problem solving
■ In any failure case, before any intervention, restart the apparatus
in order to re-confirm the failure.
Never try to remove the casings of the apparatus.
■ If the screen does not light up, check the power supply (the LED
on the supply module should be On); as necessary replace the
module.
■ If the printing is not operative, depending on case:
❏ If the printer power-on light remains off, check power supply
connections,
❏ check the connection with the Aqua-TR, the paper installation
and the printer heads.
■ Abnormal results
A cycle may give abnormal results in some cases, among which:
❏ bad adjustment of the scale, or sensor damage,
❏ sample too dirty.
■ Error messages:
❏ In case of anomaly, one of the following messages may be
displayed:

Err 3.
No response from measure board [control measurement HF].
❏ Contact your agent.
Err 4.
No response from measure board [control measurement LF].
❏ Contact your agent.
Err 7.
No response from measure board [measurement HF].
❏
Contact your agent.
Err 8.
No response from measure board [measurement LF].
❏
Contact your agent.
Err 9.
Anomaly detected on period measurement [Empty- or Ctl period out of range].
❏ Contact your agent.
Err 10. Empty cells
❏ Test performed without grain. Start again with grain. If problem remains, contact your
agent.
Err 11.
Measuring weight on the scale impossible.
❏
Put the Aqua-TR on a stable surface. If problem remains, contact your agent.
Err 12.
Insufficient grain quantity [Measured HLW <75% of nominal HLW (in kg/hl)]
❏
Start again test with 1 litre of grain. If problem remains, contact your agent.
Err 13.
Anomaly detected on weight measurement [empty cell weight out of range (-
500g<Tare<500g)]
❏ Contact your agent.
