I,  Nina  Mitkova  –  General  Manager  of  Chipolino  Ltd  with  its  place  of  business  at:  1 

Golyamokonarsko Shosse Str., s. Tzaratzovo, Maritza Municipality, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, as being 

recognized as the manufacturer according to the Consumer Protection Law, hereby certify and 

declare the following:

 

The product CAR SEAT, model FELICE with its item 

 STKF016xxxx

, for which this 

declaration is about, has been manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Regula-

tion  44  of  the  United  Nations  Economic  Commission  for  Europe  regarding  the  safety  of 

restraining devices for child occupants of power-driven vehicles (Child restraint system) and 

the requirements of The General Product Safety Directive 

2001/95/ЕС

 of the European Parlia-

ment and the Council.

 

The seat is approved under number 

E24-44R-040015

 from NSAI – Ireland. It is classified 

in three weight groups: 

 

Group I, integral, Y - for children weighing 9-18kg, where the restraining of the child 

is independent of any devices directly connected to the vehicle.

 

Group II and III, nonintegral – for children weighing 15-36kg, where the restraining of 

the  child  in  the  seat  is  dependent  on  the  three  point  harness,  with  which  the  vehicle  is 

equipped.

 

I am declaring this on the grounds of certificate 

 E24-44R-040015/29.07.2008 issued by 

NSAI  –  Ireland  and  protocol 

  0032/ME/CRS/08_Rev  1/04.06.2008  for  completed  tests 

according  to  the  requirements  of  Directive  2001/95/EC  and  Regulation  44  of  the  United 

Nations Economic Commission for Europe.

 

The product CAR SEAT model FELICE

 is safe for the consumers and does not possess 

any  risk  for  the  health  and  well  being  of  consumers  during  its  use  in  accordance  with  the 

manufacturer’s instruction manuals, which are an integral part of the product.
