9.
Slide inner extrusion of cart/stand up through outer
extrusion as far as possible. (See Figure 4)

10. Insert gas spring (A) down through inner extrusion making
sure the lower end of gas spring rod threads through the two
holes in rod support plate (D). (See Figure 5)

11. Attach gas spring mount (B or C) to top of upper extrusion
using remaining four 5/16-18 x 7/8" button head cap screws
(G). (See Figure 6)

12. Install one M8 eyelet (F) onto lower end of 72" gas spring
(A). (See Figure 7)
13. Attach column base mount bracket (E) to eyelet (F) by
threading one 5/16-18 x 7/8" (G) through bracket and eyelet
and into 5/16-18 lug nut (H). (See Figure 7)
