SANDER ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Always make sure the Power Cord of the Sander is unplugged from
its electrical outlet
prior to making any adjustments to the tool.
Operating the Sander
1.
Press a piece of the pre-cut sandpaper onto the Sanding Pad (2s). Make sure it
fits evenly and securely. See FIGURE 8 .
2.
Connect the Sander to the Transformer and the power outlet by following the
directions on page 10.
3.
If necessary, secure the workpiece.
4.
Turn on the Switch (11s). See FIGURE 8 . Do not force the Sander. Allow it to
do the work for you. When you are finished, turn off the Switch (11s) and discon-
nect the Sander from the Transformer. Unplug the Transformer from the wall
outlet.
Warning!
Never use torn or frayed sandpaper. Using torn or frayed sandpaper will
expose the Sanding Pad (2s), causing damage to the unit and workpiece.
