Engine Air Cleaner/Filter
Refer to the Maintenance Schedule to determine when to
replace the engine air cleaner/filter. See “Scheduled
Maintenance” in the Index.
Gasoline Engine Caterpillar Diesel
Engine
Your gasoline or diesel engine has a restriction indicator
that lets you know when the engine air cleaner/filter is
dirty and needs to be serviced. It is located in the air
intake tube below the air cleaner on the passenger’s side
of the engine.
When the CHANGE
FILTER indicator
appears in the sight
glass of this indicator,
it’s time to service the
engine air cleaner/filter.
