OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Read Before Operating
1. Be sure to operate with safe ground wire. Do NOT use an extension cord.
2. Check the voltage before using it. Turn off the machine and cut off the power supply
when
not in use for long periods of time.
3. When heating the machine, DO NOT touch the upper heat platen in case of scalding.
4. When you press on the handle, if you feel the pressure is too strong and the machine is
difficult to lock down just adjust pressure by hand.
5. Keep children away from the machine. Do NOT leave machine on while unsupervised.
6. Never transfer items that are more than ¼” inch thick or not suitable for application.
Operation Procedures
1. Open the machine and plug into wall circuit. Turn on the power switch until the red light
illuminates. Do not use an extension cord.
2. Adjust the “time and temperature controller” to set the right time and temperature
needed
for heat transferring (Normally 248F-392F / 120
℃
-200
℃
).
3. Adjust the “Handle Pressure Adjuster” to set the correct pressure.
4. Adjust the “Platen Pressure Adjuster “to set the correct pressure for the platen.
5. Place the garment on the bottom pad, cover the printing paper with ink side down. When
the temperature is ready, press the handle down. The pressure should be no more than
65lbs.
6. When the timer sounds, the upper heat platen will open automatically.
