Terms, Condi ons & Exclusions of the Extended Warranty
1. The appliance must be used in accordance with the user’s instruc ons.
2. The appliance must be cleaned regularly to ensure it remains free of fluff, dust and
other debris.
3. This warranty is not transferable and relates to the original installa on only and solely
for the benefit of the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required.
4. The Registra on Form must be correctly filled in online and completed in the mely
manner as described above.
5. The warranty is void if the electric fire has been subjected to misuse, an accident or
been modified/repaired by any person other than the authorised employee or author-
ised representa ve of Charlton & Jenrick.
6. This warranty expressly excludes any consequen al or incidental liability or inconven-
ience arising from any fault, howsoever caused.
7. By filling in and returning the registra on form and maintaining your fire you extend
the material cover of your two year labour and material guarantee by three years.
PLEASE NOTE: the first two years are parts and labour and the extended three years of
parts only.
