• Insert the longer wires at the rear of the
cooking grates into the four holes in the
back of the smoker chamber.
• The fronts of the cooking grates will rest on
the shelf support screws.
Cooking Grates
• Hang the grease clip under the smoker
chamber on right side.
• An empty soup can is recommended to
hang from grease clip.
