FIRST, GET A HELPER!
This unit is heavy and requires a second person for lifting and moving.
NEXT,
pick a suitable
location to work. Open the carton and slit the corners so that the carton lays flat. This will give you a protective surface
during assembly.
Note: For ease of assembly this step performed with parts upside down. See figure below.
To begin assembly,
Attach

using (8) 1/4-20x1/2”
Screws
and

Flange Nuts

With firebox still upside down, attach (2)
Legs
with
Caster Sockets
to side of
Firebox
using (4) 1/4-20x1/2”
Screws.
Attach (2)
remaining
Legs
to left side of
Firebox
using (4) 1/4-20x1/2”

Important: Be sure threaded inserts for side shelf are oriented toward the inside as shown below.
