- In this section, you could have the following options:

You could create a new contact for the device
•
Sign in to an account: you could access your
email account and import contacts from there.
•
Import Contacts: If you have some contact
files (XXX.vcf) files in a micro SD card inside the
unit, you can import those contacts too.

Select “Create a new contact, and it will prompt the following image:

Select
“keep local” to save the new
contact on the internal memory of the
touchscreen room station.
•
With the touchscreen room station
connected to the internet and with an
email account, you could backup this
new contact to your online contact list.

In this section, input the name and the number of the extension of the units. For this
example, we use ‘1011112’ for the ‘Kitchen’.
