Factory Reset

Factory reset will erase all your settings and bring it back to default. After the factory reset, your
device will be still in your CHiQ account.

Hold the set button for 20-25 seconds until the LED blinks red and green alternately. Factory

reset will be

done when the light stops ﬂashing.
