No not immerse the base into water for cleaning and do not start the unit or press the control button with wet hands.

The water temperature should not be over 60℃ when cleaning the unit.

When the motor is running, do not insert your finger or other objects into the machine and container.

Using the blender
•
Insert the blender bar into motor unit, turn clockwise to lock it into motor unit.
•
Put ingredients in the beaker to prevent splattering, immerse the blade guard
completely in the ingredients.
•
Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch Ⅰ or switch Ⅱ.
•
Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up, down and in circles.
Using the Chopper
•
The chopper is perfectly suited for foods such as meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts etc. {Cut up cup
maximum capacity 200g)
•
CAUTION: Don’t chop extremely tough food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains. The blades are very
sharp! Be very careful when handing the blade unit.
•
Put the chopper blade unit in the chopper bowl, press down the blade unit and lock bowl.
•
Put the ingredients in the chopper bowl, solid ingredients should not be larger than 2 cm pieces.
•
Put the chopper coupling unit onto the chopper bowl.
•
Fasten the motor unit onto the chopper bowl.
•
Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch I or switch II.
Using whisk
•
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and Ready-mix desserts.
•
lnsert the whisk into the Whisk coupling unit.
•
Connect the coupling unit to the motor unit.
•
Press the switch I to activate the hand blender, and press the switch Il after approx. 30 seconds to prevent ingredients
from splashing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and detach the accessories.
•
Wipe the motor unit with a moist cloth, do not immerse them in water.
Other accessories can be put in the dishwasher.
•
If the food is not easily rinsed off the blade, place a drop of dish detergent in
the mixing container with water. Plug cord into outlet. Immerse the blade and
operate the unit for about 10 seconds. Unplug, rinse under running water and then dry.
•
When storing the unit, keep it in a well ventilated storage area to prevent the motor
being affected with damp.
CAUTION: The cutting edges of the blades are very sharp, clean it carefully.
