Before first use
•
All parts of the stand mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the first time.
(see section: Cleaning).
• Take out the required length of cable from the cable tidy on the base of the device and connect
the device to the mains supply.
Use
1. Mix the food ingredients thoroughly in accordance with the recipe, then lift the head by using
the lift knob (2) (Fig. 1/Fig .2).
2. Place the mixing bowl (4) on the device plate, and turn the mixing bowl unit in anticlockwise
direction until it is fixed (Fig. 3)
3. Fix the beater (6) or the dough hook blade (8) or the egg whisk (9) on the blade connector and
rotate the blade connector clockwise until it engages firmly (Fig. 5). Finally place the splash
guard lid on the bowl.
4. Adjust the cover and place it on the machine (Fig. 6)
5. Insert the power plug in the power socket and set the operating switch to the desired position
1-8 for longer usage.
6. Turn the operating switch (1) to the “OFF” setting
7. Lift the head by turning the lift knob (2).
8. Remove the mixing bowl (4) from the device plate.
Operation guide
Mix or knead dough:
•
Suggestion flour and water at a ratio of 5:3.
•
Dry flour max: 800g
•
Use speed 1 for 1 minute then use speed 2 for 4 minutes
NOTE:
•
When filling the mixing bowl, do not exceed the maximum mixture quantity.
•
The dough blade or mixing blade should be used for this operation.
