Necessary tools for installation
• Screwdriver for recessed-head screws PH2
• Possibly drilling machine with stone drill (5mm)
• Hammer
Choosing the mounting location:
The location for mounting should be chosen
according to the following criteria:
1. Maximum distance to mains socket: 2.5m
2. Between mains socket and lamp there should
be no door or other obstacle, as not to inter-
fere with supply cable of power supply unit
3. Ideal height for sensor: 2.4m above the ground
4. The lamp must be mounted to solid wall or
ceiling
5. The device can only be mounting to a wall
with the lamp facing up, otherwise the opera-
tion of the sensor is disturbed
6. Mount device in a way, so the sensor can
detect movement as early as possible and
can activate lamp
7. Plan the laying of the cable in advance. Often
the cable can be concealed
Additional exterior mounting:
1. The wiring of the lamp must be laid through
an empty conduit, in order to protect cable
from solar radiation
2. The mains socket must be on the inside (e.g.
inside the garage)
3. Attach seal (17)
Mounting
1. Open cover (3)
2. Fasten first screw (8), if necessary with wall
plug, in dedicated position and suspend lamp
(15).
3. The second mounting bore (16) is located in
the centre of the lamp underneath the cover
(3). Using a pencil, mark the second mount-
ing bore and remove lamp. Pre-drill the
second mounting bore and, if necessary,
mount using a wall plug
4. Suspend lamp once more and attach with
second screw in the second bore (16)
5. Adjust LED reflector (1)
Electric connection
1. Put power supply unit (7) into plug
2. Attach plug to lamp (6) and lay cable
horizontally and vertically
3. Using the nail clamps (10), the cable can be
fixed to wall
Operation
The lamp can be operated via a compatible and
set remote control or via the movement in front
of the sensor. The time for which the lamp stays
activated, can be set.
In the switch setting TEST (12), all functions are
active and can be tested.
Light delay (12)
OFF
TEST = light goes on for 5 seconds, in order to
test function
1 MIN = 1 minute light delay
5 MIN = 5 minutes light delay
Movement sensor (5)
Note: the sensor requires a 30 second – warm
up phase after connection or adjustments
If lamp is installed during the day (or in a bright
room), the setting must be tested with the TEST
function.
Heat sources, such as lamps, drier, air condi-
tioner, etc., can also activate the sensor, which
operates with an infrared beam (heat radiation).
In this case, reduce the range of the movement
sensor, remove the heat source or change the
mounting location of the lamp.
