17. Do not use the boiler near surfaces that may be damaged by the heat,
      ie.below and to the side.
18. Steam is produced at 100

C. Be careful, wear protective clothing and protect

      your hands with heat resistant gloves or mitts.
19. Always keep steam plate tilted away from face and body, beware of hot drips
      and regularly empty collected condensation from plate - especially when
      stripping ceilings and high areas.
20. Do not under any circumstances remove the hose or filler cap when in use.
21. Allow at least 5 minutes to cool down before you remove the filler cap.
22. Do not drag or try to move boiler by pulling either the hose or the mains lead.
23. Block boiler unit securely if using on stairs.
24. Take great care when working near electrical fittings, water must not enter
      these.
25. Never stand on unit or hose.
26. Check the condition of wall plaster before starting work, the steam could
      cause weak plaster to blow off the wall.
27. WARNING: DO NOT hold the steam plate over your head - beware very hot
      drips.
28. The boiler becomes hot in use. Move only by using the carrying handle.
29. Never point hose or steam plate at anyone.
30. Never block the safety valve.
31. Never use outside when raining.
32. Do not overfill.
33. Allow to cool completely before emptying boiler.
34. Do not stand on boiler or hose.
35. Use only standard tap water. Never add detergents or chemicals.
36. Extreme care must be taken if the unit is used in bathrooms. Always be
      aware of danger of electrocution from stored water in baths and sinks.
37. Never change tools when the unit is operating.
38. Always store upright.
39. It is recommended that a RCD ( residual current device) rated at 30mA is
      fitted into the mains supply socket for added protection against electric
      shock.
