1. Electronic Manual Override (available on board revision C1 and newer):
•
Locate the circuit board
•
Press the
“mode button” six times quickly,
then press a 7th time and hold for
approxiamately 5 seconds. See Fig. 1.
•
The red and green LED lights will begin to flash,
confirming the override mode.
•
Release mode button.
•
Back inside coach; use the normal slide control
switch to retract the room.
2. Manually Push Room in Override:
•
Locate the circuit board.
•
Unplug both motors from circuit board
(releases motor brake). See Fig. 2
•
Push or pull slide room in as desired;
Larger rooms may require several people to push.
•
Keep both sides of room relatively even.
•
When room is completely in, plug both motors back in
to the control board (this applies the brake for road travel).
3. Disengage Motors, Manually Retract Room and Travel Lock:
•
Locate and remove motor retention screw located
near the top of each vertical column. See Fig. 3.
•
Bend back wipe seal & visually locate motor. See Fig. 4.
•
Pull the motor up until disengaged, about 1/2”. Replace the
motor retention screw to hold the motor in this position.
See Fig. 5.
•
Repeat this process for both sides of the slide room.
•
Push or pull room back in to the opening, keeping sides relatively even.
•
Re-engage motor to be ready for travel.
•
The room must be travel locked to keep room in place for road travel.
