Anti-frost Device
The anti-frost function acts on the central heating fl ow temperature pro-
be, independently from other regulations, when the electrical supply is
turned on.
If the primary circuit temperature falls below 8°C the pump will run
for 2 minutes.
After the two minutes of circulation (fi xed) the boiler will check the
following:
a) if the central heating fl ow temperature is > 8°C, the pump stops;
b) if the central heating fl ow temperature is between 4 and 8°C, the
pump will run for another two minutes;
c) if the central heating fl ow temperature is < 4°C, the burner will fi re
(heating position) at minimum power until the temperature rea-
ches 33°C, the burner will go out and the pump will continue to
run for two minutes.
If the fl ow temperature remains between 4-8°C the pump will con-
tinue to run for two minutes for a maximum of 10 times unless a
temperature above 8°C is detected in the central heating fl ow, after
this the the burner will fi re. If lockout is caused by overheat the bur-
ner is kept OFF.
Activation of the anti-frost safety device is signalled on the display
by the
symbol.
The anti-frost device activates only when (with the boiler operating
correctly):
- the system pressure is correct;
- the boiler is electrically powered;
- there is a supply of gas.
Αντιπαγωτική λειτουργία
Εάν ο αισθητήρας NTC στην κατάθλιψη μετρήσει θερμοκρασία κάτω
των 8°C, ο κυκλοφορητής παραμένει σε λειτουργία επί 2 λεπτά και
η τρίοδη βαλβίδα εκτελεί τη μεταγωγή μεταξύ ζεστού νερού και
θέρμανσης ανά διαστήματα του ενός λεπτού. Μετά τα πρώτα δύο
λεπτά μπορούν να υπάρξουν οι ακόλουθες περιπτώσεις:
Α) Εάν η θερμοκρασία κατάθλιψης υπερβεί τους 8°C ο κυκλοφορητής
διακόπτει τη λειτουργία του
Β)
Εάν η θερμοκρασία κατάθλιψης είναι >4°C και >8°C ο
κυκλοφορητής λειτουργεί για άλλα 2 λεπτά (1 στο κύκλωμα
θέρμανσης και 1 στο κύκλωμα ζεστού νερού). Σε περίπτωση που
ο αριθμός των κύκλων υπερβεί του 10, ο λέβητας περνά στην
περίπτωση C
C) Εάν η θερμοκρασία κατάθλιψης είναι <4°C, ανάβει ο καυστήρας
στην ελάχιστη ισχύ έως τους 30°C.
Εάν ο αισθητήρας NTC είναι ανοικτός, η λειτουργία ελέγχεται από τον
αισθητήρα επιστροφής. Ο καυστήρας δεν ανάβει και ενεργοποιείται
ο κυκλοφορητής με την ίδια διαδικασία όταν η θερμοκρασίας είναι
<8°C.
Ο καυστήρας παραμένει σβηστός και σε περίπτωση εμπλοκής ή
σβησίματος ασφαλείας.
Η ενεργοποίηση της αντιπαγωτικής ασφαλείας επισημαίνεται στην
οθόνη από το σύμβολο
.
Η αντιπαγωτική προστασία είναι ενεργή μόνο όταν ο λέβητας
λειτουργεί κανονικά:
- υπάρχει επαρκής πίεση στην εγκατάσταση
- η ηλεκτρική τροφοδοσία είναι συνδεδεμένη
- υπάρχει παροχή αερίου.
