Check

Check

Symptom

Air

massage

The air massager starts pressing the
thighs first.

Check if the air massager is connected correctly.
If it is connected in reverse, the massage may begin
from the thighs first.

Remote

control

After using the remote control, the
cable cannot be retracted back inside.

Check if the remote control cable is twisted orjammed
in the middle. When the cable is pulled excessively, the size
of curled part in the cable increases, so the cable may not
be retracted back inside temporarily. But, it will return to
its normal condition with the passage of time.

Auxiliary

parts

A loud sound occurs when I spread
the supporting mat.

It is a normal operating noise that occurs in adjusting
the height of the supporting mat to the height of the
main body when the supporting mat is opened. Such a
sound can be reduced if you open the supporting mat
slowly.

The product may have a chemical-like
smell.

It is a new product, so it may smell temporarily. Such a
smell is not harmful to the human body at all and it will
disappear soon once the product is in use.

Smell

Sounds

from

the product

Some noise will be heard when the
internal projector operates.
Such noises are louder than the noise
I heard from the product in the store.

The internal projector moves vertically and horizontally
using two motors, So, naturally, it makes some noise.
You may think that the motor sounds are louder when you
use the product at home than when you tried the product
at a store. This is often a result of the subsequent lack of
ambient surrounding store noise.

The hip section on the main mat
droops significantly.

Classification

Description

The mat cover and fabric on the CERAGEM Master are
made of material that extends according to the curve and
weight of the body, avoiding disruption of the massage as
much as possible. Therefore, it is natural that the hip section
which is the heaviest part of human body, droops in the
event of continuous use at home.
