TRANSFERRING A CALL FROM ONE HANDSET TO ANOTHER

When you want to transfer the call you are receiving to the other handset,

follow the steps below:

TRANSFERRING

1. Press

[INTERCOM]

‘CALL ON HOLD’ appears on LCD, which will hold

the call.

2. Use to select the handset you want to transfer to and press

O K

• If there are only two handsets, then you do not have to select.

Pressing

[INTERCOM]

will directly page the other handset.

• Before the invited handset answers, press

[INTERCOM]

again for

canceling.

3. Press

to hang up. The call is still on hold before the transfer handset

answers.

ANSWERING

- Press

[SPK]

• If the paged handset does not answer or hangs up by pressing

the call will return to the handset that transfers the call.

Hanging up
