on Answering Machine to play MEMO.
- Press or on Answering Machine during playback to listen to
previous or next MEMO

DELETING THE MEMO:
- Press
[DEL]
to delete the current MEMO during the MEMO playback.
- Press and hold
[DEL]
to delete all the old MEMOs together with all the
old messages during the MEMO playback.
Note:
The maximum recording time is 2 minutes for each MEMO.
Recording automatically stops if the memory is full ‘MEMORY IS FULL’
appears on the screen.There are a total of 59 messages that can be
saved into the memory including the ICM (Incoming Messages) and
MEMO.
LINE REMOTE CONTROL:
ANSWERING MACHINE can be controlled by an incoming call from an
outline line to set up answering mode, listen to voice messages and make
recording etc.
- Make a call from outlines.
- Enter the passwords when the phone automatically answers the call
with recording. Refer to ‘Setting LINE REMOTE CONTROL SECURITY
ID’ (pg13) of ‘Setting Handset’ section for password set up. Follow the
voice instructions.
Note
: ANSWER MACHINE automatically disconnects when it fails to
receive REMOTE password within 8 Seconds.
Note:
Hang up the phone at 4 rings when listening to the recorded
incoming message if AUTO ANSWER RING is set up to TS Mode.
- Hang up to exit.
