wArning! Make sure the Throttle Lever (5) of the Spot Weld Drill is in its “OFF”
(full up) position and that the tool is detached from its air supply before performing
any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning procedures.

for loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts,
and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal noise or
vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.

compressor due to leaks at air line
connections, or cracks in air hoses.

check air lines for leaks. (Soapy
water is a good tool. Watch for
bubbles) Replace any leaking
hoses. DO NOT FIX WITH TAPE
OR WRAPS OF ANY KIND
Check gauge on regulator, make
sure it is set for 90 PSI.
