Connect the air supply to the tool at the Air Plug (66). Set the regulator at the
recommended 55 to 95 operating PSI. Do not exceed the maximum 95 PSI.

Test the tool by depressing the Drive Guide (48) against the workpiece without
pulling the Trigger (35). The tool must not cycle (fire). If it cycles (fires), stop
immediately and have it repaired by a qualified service technician.

Hold the tool away or off the workpiece. The Drive Guide (48) of the tool should
return to its original position. Squeeze the Trigger (35). The tool should not
cycle (fire). If the tool cycles (fires), stop immediately and have it repaired by a
qualified service technician.
8.
Depress the Drive Guide (48) against the workpiece and squeeze the Trigger
(35). The tool must cycle (fire) only once. Release the Trigger and squeeze it
again. The tool must not cycle (fire). With the Trigger held, carefully lift the
Stapler and press it against the workpiece again. The tool must cycle (fire). If
it fails to perform in the manner explained in bold, have it repaired by a qualified
service technician.
LOADING STAPLES
WARNING: Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles when
reloading or performing any other maintenance on this tool. Other people in
the work area must also wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles.
1.
Disconnect air supply before loading the Stapler. Depress the Lock (58) to re
lease the Magazine A (41) and pull the Magazine out fully.
2.
Place a full clip of the desired appropriate size Staples (69) in the Magazine B
(49). Up to 100 Staples may be loaded in the Magazine.
