1.2 Correct use
The KS-Mobile mobile fuel filling station is an
approved IBC (
I
ntermediate
B
ulk
C
ontainer) in
accordance with ADR for hazardous goods in
packaging groups II + III (moderate and low-hazard
liquid, water-polluting substances).
The filling station is intended for use in changing
locations outdoors or in well ventilated rooms of
Ex-protection zone 1 or higher for hand pump and
Ex-protection zone 2 or higher for electric pump
with terminal clamps.
It may only be filled or transported having under-
gone a valid inspection/check. Repeat inspection
2½ years after the date of manufacture according
to ADR 6.5.4.4.1 b) and 6.5.4.4.2. Repeat inspec-
tion 5 years after the date of manufacture accord-
ing to ADR 6.5.4.4.1 a) and 6.5.4.4.2.
Note: The inspections must be repeated
at intervals of 5 years.
Operating temperature range: - 10 °C to + 40 °C

Important!
Only a clean medium may be conveyed.
Correct use (preferably) concerns, for example,
the following liquids:
• fuels with a max. ethanol content of 15%.
• fuel mixtures.
Also permissible are:
• diesel fuel.
• heating oil.
• biodiesel.
Labelling with UN1202 is required for this.

Important!
In water conservation areas,
only with the use of a collection pan.
In accordance with the ADR, the following
are required for the simplified transport
of dangerous goods (< 1000 points):
• labelling (sticker) of the filling station.
• requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher (2 kg)
• carriage of supporting document
(in this case, carriage paper –
observe national exemption regulations)
(no carriage paper in Germany –
exemption 18 S)
• compliance with the so-called “1000-points rule”
in accordance with table 1.1.3.6 ADR,
i.e. total quantity per vehicle < 1000 points.

The equipment is not intended for any other purpose.
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to make modi-
fications to the filling station. Designated use also
includes compliance with all information in these
operating instructions.

• operation in a dusty, explosive atmosphere.
• operation below ground.
• operation in Ex-zone 0 with hand pump.
• operation in Ex-zone 1 with hand pump.
