Manual Scan (manual tuning)
The “Manual Scan” option allows you to
manually tune your receiver.
Follow the directions provided in the
Automatic Scan section to arrive at the
“Service Setup” menu (you will have to
re-enter the PIN exactly as indicated
in the Automatic Scan section).
Select “Manual Scan” and press [OK].
The receiver can be scanned manually by
changing the following settings:
Channel – sets the required UHF channel
and will automatically
fi
ll in the frequency.
Frequency – overrides the channel setting,
if selected, and sets the frequency in kHz.
Tx Mode – changes the transmission mode
between 2K and 8K.
Guard Interval – sets the guard interval. The
options are 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32.
Select the option of choice and use the right
and left navigation buttons to change the
values for scanning. Select the “Scan” option
and press the right navigation button
