This feature is for matching controller kW with energy meter kW and

hence RD running demand will match automatically.

= 100 - actual controller calibration

= 110 - 10% addition to the actual controller calibration

= 90

- 10% below actual controller calibration

Measurement should be stimulation from controller and energy meter for matching.

Alarm1 energizes when kW More than Set MD.

If user set target demand at 160 kW and AL1 is at 110

Then over load limit will be 160x110/100 = 176 kW

As the running load exceeds 176 Alarm1 will be ON.

If user set target demand at 160 kW and AL2 is at 95

There limit for Alarm2 will be 160x95/100 = 152 kW

As Rising Demand (RD) reaching 152 Alarm2 will be ON.

If user set target demand at 160 kW and Trip is at 100

There limit for Alarm2 will be 160x100/100 = 160 kW

As Rising Demand (RD) reaching 160 Trip will be working 5 seconds.

Use
