Alarm1 energizes when kW More than Set MD.
If user set target demand at 160 kW and AL1 is at 110
Then over load limit will be 160x110/100 = 176 kW
As the running load exceeds 176 Alarm1 will be ON.
If user set target demand at 160 kW and AL2 is at 95
There limit for Alarm2 will be 160x95/100 = 152 kW
As Rising Demand (RD) reaching 152 Alarm2 will be ON.
If user set target demand at 160 kW and Trip is at 100
There limit for Alarm2 will be 160x100/100 = 160 kW
As Rising Demand (RD) reaching 160 Trip will be working 5 seconds.
