GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CEECO Model SSP-313-F, WPP 333-F Weatherproof Telephone, and
HOB-331-F Weather Resistant Telephone is a microprocessor-based coinless
telephone designed to deter fraud from hand held tone dialers, hookswitch dialing
and other fraudulent attempts. The transmitter can be muted during periods of
dial tone preventing the use of hand held dialers. Attempts to hookswitch dial
will cause the microprocessor to go “on hook” until the attempt has ended.
Incoming calls are not allowed. The steel panel and chrome plated tone dial are
vandal resistant. An armored cord, hearing aid compatible handset is standard.
