Now it is time to enter credit card handling data (See section 4.03 for blank  
tables.). For each different type of credit card three locations must be 
programmed. Three interactive tables are set up for the three different data types. 
Locations #21-#29 are for the Protocol table. Locations #51-#59 are for the Card 
Type Identifier table. Locations #61-#69 are for the POP number table.  When 
entering the data for a particular card the three locations used must have the same 
digit in the ones column.
