Safety
3.1.5 Notes on environmental protection
Safety-conscious, foresighted behaviour of the personnel prevents effects hazardous to the
environment.
The following principles apply for environmentally responsible behaviour:
• Substances hazardous to the environment may not get into the ground or the sewage
system.
• Regulations for avoiding, eliminating and recycling waste must be complied with.
• Substances hazardous to the environment must be stored in suitable containers.
• Containers with substances hazardous to the environment must be clearly marked.
3.1.6 Additional regulations
In addition to this manual, the proper operation of the machine is also regulated by laws and
regulations.
The following regulations also apply to the operation of the machine:
• Regulations on operating machines (including laws and regulations not expressly
named here)
• Accident prevention regulations
• Internal company regulations
• Information on the machine.
