Step 1:
Place hands on each side
of the Insu-Flate facing
opposite directions.
Step 2:
Fold or “twist” the Insu-
Flate into a figure eight
shape.
Step 3:
Bring hands together while
gently continuing the
twisting action.
Step 4:
Form into a circular
position.
