8. If meat gets stuck in the grinder head,
turn off the appliance pressing the ON/
OFF button and use the REVERSE button
to activate the reverse motor function.
After removing stuck food, you can
continue in grinding by pressing ON/OFF
button.
9. After
you
fi nish grinding, press ON/OFF
button to turn off the appliance. Press
POWER button and unplug the power
cord from the power outlet.
For steak tartar it is recommended to mince
meat twice using the medium grinding disc.
TIP
Reverse function
The reverse function serves to remove stuck
meat in the grinder head.
At fi rst, turn off the appliance by pressing
ON/OF button in such case. Wait until the all
movable parts stop. To turn on the reverse
function press and hold REVERSE button.
Once stuck meat has been removed, release
REVERSE button.
Important
: The reverse function is activated
only if you press and hold REVERSE button.
If you release the button, the appliance will
stop.
After removing stuck food, you can continue
in grinding by pressing ON/OFF button.
