Installation of the Beat Fix seat facing forwards with three-point seat belt (car seat belt) (see
illustrations 36 - 38)
WARNING: NEVER USE THE ISOFIX SYSTEM ON GROUP 2. DO NOT SECURE THE CHILD
WITH THE SEAT HARNESS. ALWAYS USE THE THREE-POINT SEAT BELT OF THE CAR.
ALWAYS USE THE SEAT IN ITS LOWEST RECLINING POSITION.
• Pass the buckle through the slot in the crotch strap. Fit the upper parts so it does not get lost and
make sure that it is hidden under the frame.
• Place the seat on the vehicle seat pressing it firmly against the backrest.
• Position the child in the seat and fasten him in with the three-point seat belt of the vehicle. Check
that the abdominal part is as low as possible and that the diagonal part secures the child’s thorax
(fig. 36)

• Fasten the buckle passing the male part through the side opening of the frame
(fig. 37)
. Next, pull
the chest part passing it through the upper belt guides of the seat
(fig. 38)
.
Removing the upholstery (According to model. See diagrams 39 - 41)
• Remove the harness following the instructions in the corresponding section.
• Remove the headrest. Undo the nut on the back of the headrest
(fig.39)
, then use the height
adjustment handle to raise the headrest until it comes off
(fig.40)
. Remove it.
• Take the elastic strips off that hold the upholstery to the frame. These strips are situated on the
sides of the lower part of the frame.
• Pass the harness straps through the openings in the upholstery and take the upholstery off
(fig.41)
.
• Follow the same steps in reverse order to fit the upholstery.
Removing the upholstery (According to model. See diagram 42)
• Loosen the harness by pressing the rear part of the TMS downwards and pulling the chest straps
underneath the protectors with the other hand.
• Release the clasps on the backrest

• Release the elastic bands on both sides situated underneath the frame.
• Remove the upholstery.
• Follow the same steps in reverse order to fit the upholstery.
NOTE: Never take out the interior protection in the absorbent material.
Washing instructions
• Machine wash the cover at a maximum temperature of
30ºC
and
without spinning
. The painted
parts should be cleaned using a non-abrasive polish that does not contain solvents.
