Clean all parts prior using.

Carefully pull out the control unit until you find the good position (you hear a Click
sound).

Screw the provided insulated handles on the casing. Clean all parts before using
with a dedicated soap and water. Be careful the control unit must not be in contact
with water or humidity.

Place the removal oil tank in the casing.

Before pouring oil in the tank check there is no water in it. Fill the tank with the
required volume of oil. Maximum and minimum oil level markers. These levels must
be respected.

Plug your appliance. The power light turns green. For the double tank fryer you
need two sockets. Turn the adjustable thermostat on the desired temperature. The
temperature range is 60° to 190°. The heating light turn red and it lights off when
the desired temperature is reached.

The thermostat will then continue to cycle on and off, maintaining the set
temperature. The amber pilot light will also cycle on and off with the thermostat.

Oil must be changed regularly. Once the appliance and oil are cooled, poor oil
carefully in appropriate container in order to be recycled following the rule for the
protection of the public health and the environment.
ADVICE !
Don’t overload the basket with products:
For the item 4L or 2x4L: 0.6 kg of product to fry/tank
For the item 8L or 2x8L: 0.9 kg of product to fry/tank
If you do not respect these specifications, you‘ll obtain a lower quality fried products
and overflowing, smoking or foaming can occur.
WARNING !
With prolonged use, the flashpoint of frying oil is reduced. Discard the frying oil if
it shows signs of excessive smoking or foaming, or serious burns, personal
injury, fire, and/or property damage could result. Operating the appliance can
reach very high temperatures. Sides and surfaces of the food warmer can be hot.
Before moving or touching your appliance let it cool down.
Hands and face must be protected against grease projections.
After use turn all control on the off position (thermostat on 0). Unplug the
appliance.
