CONTROL OVERVIEW

Control Panel

Power Switch

Controls all power the oven and its systems.

Pump Switch

This switch supplies power to the vacuum pump power outlet on the back of the oven.

Over Temperature Activated

This red light illuminates when the Over Temperature heating cutoff system routes power away from
the heating elements. The heating cutoff is triggered if the shelving temperature meets or exceeds
392°F. For more details, please see the

Over Temperature Limit System

description on page 38.

Screen

The screen is a touchscreen display and control. It controls heating and lighting in the oven chamber
and displays the current chamber vacuum pressure.

Homepage

While the display comes set to show temperature in degrees Fahrenheit and vacuum pressure in
inches of mercury drawn down, it can be changed to use Celsius for temperature and torr for
vacuum.

When at room pressure, the Vacuum indicator should read 0 inches of mercury draw down.
