3. Unscrew and remove all cover set
screws [a].
5. lower the Cover [a] over the
Telescoping Pole [b].
4. Twist counter clockwise and remove
Height Adjustment Grip [a].
7. Re-attach the Height Adjustment
Grip [a] by twisting clockwise.
6. lower the Rubber Seal [a] over the
Telescoping Pole [b].
8. Align Cover Set Screw Holes [a] with
the holes in the Base [b].
