To clean the exterior casing of the
UV-C LED BOXER
use a damp soft cloth. Hygienizing hydro-alcoholic
detergents are also suitable.
To clean the inside reflecting panels, use a soft damp cloth. For more thorough operation wash with
neutral soap and warm water. Make sure the reflecting panels are without halos.
Do not use abrasive cloth or products as they may damage the polished surfaces and affect the reflective
power.

During a disinfection cycle a red LED
❷
indicates the UV-C LED are in operation. In case this indicator
is not lit one or more UV-C LED modules are not working. Look through the portholes to identify which
LED module is defective. The porthole’s glass is UV-C radiation proof, so inspection is completely safe.
The defective LED module can be replaced by with a similar one (Check a
CARTONI
SERVICE). After a
replacement check that the control red light is back in operation.

Failure of one or more lamps reduces the
UV-C LED BOXER
’s disinfection power.
1. LED module replacement should be carried out by trained personnel.
2. Replace the complete LED module containing the failing LED light (as per 6.2).
3. Before replacing a LED module, always disconnect the power.
4. Gently remove the dead module and replace it with a new one.
5. Led indicator on the front panel detects lamp operation.
