1. Spread the board out, bottom side down, on a dry
and even surface.
2. Screw the screw cap on the end of the hose
clockwise onto the screw connection OUT on the head
of the pump (see Fig. B).
3. Inflate the air chamber. To do so, unscrew the valve
cap by turning it counter clockwise (see Fig. C).
4. Make sure the valve is closed. If the valve is opened,
briefly press in the valve pin, so the spring causes it to
jump upward. The valve now stays in the open position.
5. Screw the hose with the cap onto the valve by
screwing it tightly on clockwise (see Fig. D).
6. Make sure the cap is securely tightened on the head
of the pump. This lets the pump act as a double-action
pump. Inflate air into the chamber by moving the pump
handle up and down.
7. When resistance makes it hard to pump, unscrew the
camp. This lets the pump act as a single-action pump.
8. Always keep an eye on the pressure gauge while
inflating the product. Stop inflating when the air
pressure reached 1.04 bar (15 psi).
9. Remove the hose from the valve by unscrewing the
valve cap counter clockwise.
10. Replace the valve cap by screwing it onto the valve
in a clockwise direction.
