Compressor Section

The reciprocating compressor section (

Figure 3.3

) includes the compressor (with high pressure switch), power

cable storage compartment, and autotransformer.

This section also contains the suction modulating valve, discharge pressure regulating valve, discharge tempera-
ture sensor, and discharge/suction pressure transducers.

The return temperature sensor, return recorder sensor, and ambient sensor are located at the right side of the com-
pressor.
