The General Information For Multi or T-kit model

The configuration setting by remote controller

• Entering Configuration Mode

• Press the 

MODE

 (

) button together with the 

FLAP

 (

3

)button

for 7 continuous seconds while remote is in OFF mode.

LCD will display the following message:

In case of first use or after battery
change, default values will be displayed.
[CFG/HP]
Once user has changed configuration,
the new stored values will be displayed.

• Configuration Procedure

) Button - Selects the different configuration

items: AC – HP and Mono – T-Kit – Multi application (please
refer to Example).

) Buttons – Increase or decrease the

displayed value.
Once a value is changed, it flashes until the

is pressed.

) Button - Transmits a configuration message for the

parameter that is displayed.
If user wants to configure more than one parameter, the

FLAP

) button must be pressed step by step until each

parameter is being displayed.

) Button - To exit Configuration Mode, and return the

LCD display back to its previous operating condition (OFF
mode).

If there is no key-in during 30 continuous seconds, the remote will
exit automatically the Configuration mode.
The parameter is set back to its latest transmitted value.

Example :

1) Step: “Enter configuration mode”

• Press

 buttons together for 7 seconds.

“Unit configuration”

Display : “CFG”

Default Value : “HP”

Available Value :

HP – Heat Pump
AC – Cool Only

3) Step: “Transmit and Go to next step”

 button.

Step:

“Application selection“

Display : “GFd”

Default Value : “1”

Available Value :

                        1–238 : Mono (1x1)
                        239 : T-Kit
                        240 : Multi

5)   Step: “Transmit and Exit configuration mode”

 button and then 

I/O

 button.

6) Step: “System reset”

• After changing configuration by remote, 

TURN OFF AND

THEN ON ELECTRIC POWER

 

SUPPLY 

to the system to

make configuration effective.

The Operating Test for Multi or T-kit model

This procedure is used to check the operation after unit installation.

Press the EMER. button continuously for 5-10 seconds.
The unit will now be in TEST mode.

Press the EMER. button once more after checking, to return to
normal operation.
If there is any input signal (remote control signal or EMER. button
press) during test operation, the TEST mode will return to normal
operation.

The setting conditions of the TEST operation for Multi or T-kit model
are as follows.

- Operation LED : ON
- Timer LED : Blink ON for 0.5 seconds and OFF for 0.5

seconds four(for T-kit model) and three
times(for Multi model)

- Operating mode :

Cool mode for 3 minutes, firstly and then
Heat mode for 2 minutes and
Cool mode until test mode is exited

- Fan speed : High
- Timer mode : Disabled
- Discharge air direction : SWING
