38MARBQ24~36AA3 Outdoor Units

Clean off and apply new Conductive Grease prior to reassembling. 

If this is not done overheating can occur.

Carefully lift off from the back first, working around the sides.

When is it colder outside, the separation can be more difficult.

Disconnect any remaining connected wires as you remove.
