Setting the time & day

The incubator has an internal real-time clock that keeps track of the day and time. It is
set at the factory to Eastern Standard Time and may need adjusted for your time zone.
To keep the clock accurate, it will need to be adjusted manually for daylight savings time
changes. To set the day & time:
