When using ANY electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:
•
Check that the voltage of the main circuit corresponds with the rating of the appliance
before operating.
•
Do not immerse cords, plugs or any part of the appliance in water or any other liquid.
•
Do not leave any appliance unattended while it is operating.
•
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children or pets.
•
Switch off at the wall socket then remove the plug from the socket when not in use or
before cleaning.
•
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
•
If the supply cord or appliance is damaged, stop using the appliance immediately and
seek advice from the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
•
Do not let the cord come into contact with any hot surfaces.
•
Do not operate after the appliance has been damaged or has malfunctioned.
•
The use of accessory attachments is not recommended by the appliance manufacturer.
•
Do not pull the plug out by the cord as this may damage the plug and/or the cable.
•
Do not use this product from anything other than its intended use.
•
This appliance is for household use only.
•
This appliance not intended for use by infirm persons or children without adequate
supervision.
•
Do not carry the appliance by the power cord.
•
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
•
Please ensure that the wall socket is switched OFF when the product is not in use.
•
Do not use while bathing, or place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into tub
or sink.
•
Do not operate with wet hands.
•
If any appliance falls into water, unplug it immediately. DO NOT REACH INTO WATER!
•
Do not allow the hot appliance to touch your skin.
•
Do not use the appliance in the bathroom or any area where it could be accidentally
dropped in water or come into contact with water or liquid.
•
Do not take the appliance apart. There are no serviceable parts inside.
•
Do not cover the appliance when it is plugged in.
•
The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be
scrapped.
•
Never use while sleeping or drowsy.
•
Never drop or insert any object into any opening as this may cause an electrical hazard.
•
Do not place the appliance on any surface while it is operating or while the switch is
turned on.
•
