Fit the two idle rollers and the relative tie rods

Assemble the strips
After assembly, make sure that the following conditions occur:
1-
the axis of the motor and the axis of the two rollers are in a perfectly parallel position
2-
the hedgehog belt is not excessively taut.
It must swivel at the slower point of approximately 10 cm.
After assembling the belt:
Replace the hedgehog belt on the machine, and secure it. Then reassemble the sheets with flaps, the
inclination arms of the belt, and the cleaning systems. Finally reconnect the hydraulic pipes.
4.2 Disassembly and assembly of the plowshare frame (Fig. 8)

Lock the moving part of the harvester upwards, making sure that it does not descend during the
plowshare frame assembly/disassembly phase.

Plowshares frame
The plowshare frame is fixed to the machine by 2 ties with 2 screws each.
Disassembly;
•
Loosen and remove the 4 screws, then remove the plowshare frame
Assembly:
•
Secure the frame by inserting the screws and tightening the nuts.
