SECTION 5:  

1. When replacing lamp always turn off the unit and disconnect the power

2. Remove the four screws from the lamp access plate (as shown in fig.1)

3. Remove the screws labeled D & E (as shown in fig.2)

4. Carefully remove the lamp holder

5. Remove the old / damaged lamp

6. Carefully insert the new lamp

WHEN REPLACING LAMP, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR HANDS TO COME INTO  

CONTACT WITH THE LAMP GLASS. 

      (If hands come into contact with the lamp, wipe clean with a dry cloth)

7. Replace the lamp holder with new lamp

8. Insert the screws D & E

9. Replace the lamp access plate and insert the four screws

10. Connect the power and test the new lamp

Lamp becomes hot during operation.allow time

(at least 15 minutes)to cool before handing.do not

Remove the lamp cover by turning screws D & E 

Turn screws A, B & C anti-clockwise  to 

reduce   the diameter of the light beam.

Turn screws A, B & C clockwise to  increase

 the   diameter of the light beam.

Turn  screw C to adjust vertical position.

Turn  screws A & B to adjust horizontal position.

SECTION 6:   SECURING THE FIXTURE

STANDING UPRIGHT

 

When standing upright this fixture can be permanently secured using the attachment holes 

that are in the  base of  the unit.   Please be  sure to  always position  the fixture  on a  solid 

surface that can withstand 10 times the weight of the unit.  

TRUSS HANGING 

When hanging the fixture from a truss, it is important that the truss can hold at least 10 times 

the weight of the fixture.  There are three M10 attachment holes on the base of the fixture, 

these are used to attach 2/3 clamps to secure to the truss (NOTE: ALWAYS USE TWO OR 

MORE CLAMPS).

ALWAYS USE A SAFETY CABLE WHEN HANGING FIXTURE FROM A TRUSS
