SETTING UP
Adjustment of the Balancer load must be carried out using hand tools or tools with a maximum
speed of 1000/min. Otherwise, please ensure that the adjustment is made only when there is no
explosive atmosphere.
OPERATION / USE
The suspended load may be moved at a maximum speed of 0.8 m/s.
The suspended tool must always have the same electrical potential as the Balancer.
Please check at regular intervals (e.g. once per work shift) the condition of the earth cable and
the tightening of the marked screw.
MAINTENANCE / SERVICING
The spring is a wearing part; therefore, the drum (incl. spring) must always be replaced after
100,000 cycles.
When using the Balancer in dusty environments, avoid the occurrence of dust layers by way of
regular cleaning. The inside of the Balancer housing must also be cleaned regularly.

comply with the requirements and provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC and Directive 2014/34/EU.
The declaration of conformity is based on the relevant harmonised industry standards DIN EN
1127-1, DIN EN ISO 80079-36 and DIN EN ISO 80079-37.
In addition hereto, the industry standards DIN 15112 and DIN EN ISO 12100 are applied.
Carl Stahl Kromer GmbH is responsible for the technical documentation and the issuing of this
declaration of conformity.
