3.3 Warranty and repair conditions
If you wish to submit a warranty claim,
please contact your supplier or our
customer service. If the instrument
is to be sent to our customer service,
make sure to enclose a description of
the complaint as well as a copy of your
receipt of purchase.
Warranty is granted subject to the
following conditions:
1. The Caremaxx products are subject
to a warranty period of three years,
starting with the purchasing date as
evidenced by the receipt or invoice.
2. All complaints due to material
or manufacturing defects will be
remedied free of charge within the
warranty period.
3. A warranty case does not
automatically imply an extension
of the warranty period; neither for
the instrument itself nor for the
replaced parts.
4. Excluded from the warranty are:
a. Any damages caused by
inappropriate use; for instance
due to noncompliance with the
user manual.
b. Damages caused by repair jobs
performed by the purchaser
or by any other unauthorized
person.
c. Transport damages in transit
accrued enroute from the
seller to the consumer or from
the consumer to the customer
service.
d. Accessories that are subject to
wear.
