5. TROUBLESHOOTING

NOTE: For most problems we recommend that as a first step,
you turn the headset off and then on again. If this does not help,
try removing the Adapter. Wait several seconds and insert it
again.

You see a “Waiting for user speech command” message, but
the voice commands are not recognized

1. Adjust the Pronunciation Sensitivity and Voice Training (Appendix

1 and 2).

2. Use the 

Pronounce contact

 feature to know how Windows expects

you to pronounce the contact name. (See Additional Features
section above.)

3. Make sure Windows is using the correct speech engine, 

Microsoft
