4. FAQs

Can I train the CVD to recognize commands besides the
commands listed above?

No. The current version of the CVD will only recognize the commands
listed in the table above.

Can I also use the manual Skype controls in addition to the CVD
verbal commands?

Yes. All normal Skype functions remain active.

My computer already has Bluetooth; do I still need the Adapter?

Yes. Only the Cardo Audio Adapter allows you to work with the CVD.

Will the scala-700 work with both Skype and my Bluetooth
phone?

Yes, your scala-700 headset can be paired with your Bluetooth
mobile phone and with the Adapter in order to work with Skype.
However, it will only work with one device at a time.

NOTE: You can easily toggle the headset’s connection between
using the mobile phone and Skype (see page 13).
